PORTUGUESE HAWAIIAN RIBS 
2-4 lb. Country style pork ribs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir. Pour over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered then turn ribs over, recover, lower oven to 300 degrees, bake 1 hour more. Uncover - bake 10 minutes more to brown.
