CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, boil until tender, debone, chop into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 stack Townhouse crackers

Place chicken in bottom of baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with poppy seeds and melted butter, pour over mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
