CHICKEN FLAUTAS 
12-16 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 c. broccoli, processed or finely chopped & steamed
1 can peeled tomatoes, chopped
3/4-1 c. picante sauce (mild to hot as preferred)
1 c. finely chopped onion or green onions
20 (10") flour tortillas
1/2-1 stick butter, melted
Sour cream (opt.)

Combine chicken, cheese, broccoli, tomatoes, picante and green onions. Brush one side of tortilla with melted butter. Place 1/4 to 1/2 cup above mixture in the unbuttered center of the tortilla. Either roll up or fold envelope style and place on foil lined cookie sheet. Grate some of the cheese over the top and sprinkle some additional picante sauce if desired. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve with sour cream and picante sauce. Serves 10 to 12.
