DOUGH:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 to 4 tbsp. water, as needed spread dough

Mix well. Spread dough in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 can (14 oz.) Dairy Sweet sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream cheese; beat in eggs, then Dairy Sweet and vanilla. Spread over dough in bottom of pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until browned and set. Mixture thickens as it cools.
