RHUBARB COFFEE CAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/3 c. milk
2 c. rhubarb, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. cinnamon sugar

Blend together eggs, oil, and sugar. Add spices, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add flour and milk; fold in rhubarb. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. While still warm, top with cinnamon sugar.
