FUDGE BAR COOKIES | |
2 c. sugar 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 6 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. chopped nuts 20 lg. marshmallows, cut in fourths Cook sugar and chocolate to soft ball stage over low heat. Add butter and vanilla. When mixture is cool add remaining ingredients. The cooked mixture must be cool, otherwise marshmallows will melt. Put a little butter on your hands and press the mixture which will be very thick into a buttered 11"x15" pan. Cut in small squares. |
