FUDGE CHOCOLATE COOKIE BARS 
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. cold butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Over medium heat, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips with condensed milk and vanilla. Pour over cooked crust. Top with nuts and remaining chips and press down. Bake 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
