SWEET RELISH 
2 qt. ground cabbage
2 qt. ground carrots
6 qt. ground green tomatoes
6 lg. onions
3 lg. green peppers
3 lg. red peppers
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. turmeric
6 c. sugar
6 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salt

Drain off excess water. Cook until right for canning (30 minutes). Put in jars and seal.
