PEACH CONSERVE 
5 oranges
18 peaches
Sugar
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Quarter and seed oranges (don't pare). Peel and pit peaches. Put both fruits through food (processor) chopped using coarse blade. Measure fruit into large pan; add 1/2 cup sugar for each cup of fruit. Cook rapidly until mixture sheets from spoon. Stir often. Add cherries. Pour into hot sterilized glasses. Seal at once. Makes 12 (6 ounce) glasses.
