SUMMER SAUSAGE 
3 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. quick cure
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. peppercorns, cracked

Mix together well, shape into 3 rolls. Wrap in heavy Reynolds wrap. Let stand in refrigerator 4 hours. Then bake on oven broiler pan. Punch a few holes in foil with a fork, so the fat can drain while it bakes. Put water in broiler pan, so the pan won't burn. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees.
