PEANUT BUTTER DESSERT 
3/4 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter

Pat in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:

1 instant vanilla & 1 instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Beat together and put on top of the 2nd layer. Spread with 1 carton of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and shredded Hershey bar.
