PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM DESSERT 
CRUST:

24 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter

Mix for crust and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

1 c. plus 2 tbsp. extra crunchy peanut butter
1/2 gal. light chocolate ice cream, softened

Mix together and place on top of crust. Re-freeze. Makes 12 servings. Really good for the chocolate lover.
