PEANUT BUTTER REFRIGERATOR
COOKIES
 
1 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

In mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars, peanut butter, and eggs. Mix well. Sift flour once before measuring, then sift measured flour with baking soda and salt. Mix into first mixture. Shape dough into long rolls, about 2 to 3 inches in diameter. Chill thoroughly. When chilled, slice and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
