CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans uncooked minute rice
1 soup can milk
1/2 soup can water
1 fryer chicken, cut up
Onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients except chicken and onion soup mix. Place into 13 x 9 pan. Brown chicken. Bury chicken into rice mixture in pan. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees. This can also be made in a large skillet on top of the stove. Pork chops can be used in place of the chicken.
