EASY CHICKEN BAKE | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can celery soup 1 stick butter 1 c. uncooked rice 1 uncooked frying chicken Heat soups and butter together in a saucepan. Add the rice. Stir and place mixture in a foil lined loaf baking pan (9 by 13 inch). Do not season yet. Now take the chicken and place all of the uncooked pieces on top of soup and rice mixture. Salt and pepper. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 2 hours. Ready to eat when chicken is done and brown. May be mixed ahead of time and kept in refrigerator until ready to bake. Use pork chops the same way. For extra rice add a can of milk for about a 1/2 cup of rice. |
