1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
4 oz. container Cool Whip
Coconut on top (optional)
2 graham cracker pie crusts

Mix Eagle Brand milk with lemon juice. Mix fruit in with first mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir until mixed well. Put into pie crusts. Sprinkle coconut on top. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
