STRAWBERRY TEA BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. butter, melted
2 pts. strawberries, cleaned and coarsely chopped
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

May use 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen, sweetened strawberries, thawed, but decrease sugar to 1 1/2 cups.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar, mixing well; set aside.

Combine eggs, butter, strawberries and pecans; add to dry ingredients, blending well. (This may be done in a food processor, but do not over process.) Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 5x9 inch loaf pans. Bake 1 hour. Cool in pans 10 minutes before turning out. Serve at room temperature with honey and cream cheese. 2 loaves. May prepare ahead.
