MEAT ROMA PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. green pepper
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (dry)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury baking powder biscuits

Brown meat and drain. Add chopped pepper and cook until tender. Stir in sauce mix, paste and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Line greased 9-inch pie plate with biscuits. Press together to seal. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over crust. Fill with half of meat mixture, 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese, remaining meat and then Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese in lattice pattern. Return to oven to melt cheese.
