1 lg. SCA Mozzarella cheese, bite size
2 sm. pepperoni, bite size
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
Regular pie crust

Bake in 13x9x2 pan (or use 1/2 recipe for 9-inch pan) at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Test with toothpick.
