BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. ziti
About 1 qt. tomato sauce
15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook ziti; drain. Mix ziti with sauce. Put half of ziti in oblong baking pan.

Mix beaten egg with Ricotta, half of Mozzarella and grated cheese. Spread mixture over ziti. Add remaining ziti.

Sprinkle with some grated cheese and remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
