CHOLE 
1 can garbonzo beans
2 med. cooked potatoes, diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 rounded tsp. coriander
1 rounded tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. chile powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Garam Masala
1 c. water
1/4 c. Ghee (butter)

Fry onions and garlic until soft. Add spices; stir for 1 minute. Add potato, garbonzo beans and water; simmer until reduced.
