HEATH BAR COOKIES 
40 Saltines
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 c. brown sugar
Nuts, chopped
1 c. butter

Bring butter and sugar to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil; grease foil. Lay 40 saltines on foil; pour butter/sugar mixture over saltines. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Spread chocolate chips over top. They melt fast and are then easy to spread. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Cool 15 minutes. Separate, cut and store in air tight container.
