SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned & cut in sm. pieces
1/2 c. flour with salt & pepper
1/3 c. oil

SAUCE:

1 (13 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 1/4 c. juice from pineapple plus water
2/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. maraschino cherries

Shake chicken in flour; brown well in hot oil. Put in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients except pineapple, oranges and cherries. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over chicken. Add pineapple, oranges and cherries. Baste and bake 20 minutes more. Serves 6. Accompany with rice. Chicken can be dipped in Golden Dip and deep fried.
