CHICKEN CURRY SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in bite size pieces
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. celery, coarsely chopped
2 sm. red apples, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
Sm. can mandarin oranges

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix curry powder and lemon juice with mayonnaise and add to chicken and fruit. Mix well. Add oranges and mix gently. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with orange wheels or apple slices.
