ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
6 corn tortillas
Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
4 1/2 oz. can chopped olives
1 c. water
Butter

Brown meat with onion. Add seasonings and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Layer in pan one buttered tortilla, meat, olives, cheese; in that order until all tortillas have been used. Add water. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
