CHRISTMAS FRUIT COOKIES 
1 1/2 lb. pitted dates
4 oz. candied pineapple
4 oz. candied green cherries
8 oz. candied red cherries
6 oz. slivered almonds
4 1/2 oz. Brazil nuts
1 c. pecans

Cut up and shake in bag with about 1 tablespoon flour to coat.

DOUGH:

2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix with fruits and nuts. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
