1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. dates, chopped
2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter. Add sugar, eggs, milk, flour, soda, vanilla, fruit and nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
