CREAMY TACOS 
2 lbs. hamburger (browned and drained)
1 (17 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (4 oz.) green chilis - mild (optional)
1 (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes (do not drain; puree first)

Mix all the above and heat over medium heat. Add cubed pieces of 2 pound Velveeta cheese. Add 8 ounce sour cream just before serving and serve warm. Pour over two bags tortilla chips, two heads shredded lettuce and two packages shredded cheese.
