STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. whipping cream

Mix enough cream with cream cheese to soften and spread in pie shell. Put 1/2 the berries in pie shell on top cream cheese. Mash other half of berries, mix with sugar and tapioca and boil. Cool mixture and pour over berries in pie. Top with whip cream.
