9 c. Rice Chex
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Put cereal in bowl. Melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter in a 1 quart microwave safe bowl on high 1-1 1/2 minutes, stir after 1 minute.

Pour over cereal and stir until cereal is coated. Dump into clean plastic bag with sugars. Shake until all pieces are well coated.
