CINNAMON PECANS 
1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and coat. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon and add to the mixture. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 1 hour in a 200 degree oven.
