CORN PIE 
2 cans whole corn
4 hard boiled eggs
Salt and pepper
2 c. milk
butter
Pie crust

Make pie crust and put in deep casserole. Drain corn and put in casserole. Slice hard boiled eggs and lay on top of corn. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Dot with butter. Pour milk in casserole until mixture is covered. Put top crust on. Bake at 400 degrees until crust is browned.

Extra milk may be heated in saucepan to serve over pie.
