CHICKEN SHANGHAI | |
12 pieces frozen chicken 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp. honey 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper Arrange frozen chicken pieces, skin side up, on a foil lined sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush chicken with lemon honey mixture. Return to oven and continue baking 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve with pan juices. |
