LO - CAL VEGGIE SOUP 
1 can V-8 juice (48 oz.)
Equal amount of water
3 bouillon cubes
Onion flakes
Parsley
Pepper

Combine above ingredients in large pot. Add cut up broccoli, cauliflower, string beans, carrots, celery, cabbage and potatoes. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
