VEGGIE - POTATO SOUP 
3 c. potatoes, cubed
3 c. broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots (1 c. each)
2 c. milk
6 slices American cheese
3 tbsp. butter
Dash salt & pepper

Boil potatoes and vegetables until tender. Drain. Add milk and cheese and butter. Heat on low until cheese melts. Season to taste.
