VEGGIE CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/4 onion
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Provolone
1 c. broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shredded carrots

Combine water, butter, carrots, onion and pepper. Cover; simmer 10 minutes on medium heat. Add soup, broccoli, milk and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Simmer on low 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
