GRILLED LAMB CHOPS 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. safflower oil
1/4 tsp. dried mint leaves
4 lamb chops, 2 ounces each, trimmed of all fat

Combine lemon juice, garlic, oil and mint. Marinate chops in oil mixture for 30 minutes. Transfer from marinade to broiler pan or grill and cook, basting with marinade, to desired doneness.
