HAM SALAD ROLL-UPS 
1 green onion, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 lb. piece turkey ham or boiled ham, cut in 1 inch cubes
3 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared honey mustard
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
4 drops liquid red pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
3 med.-sized pita breads

1. Place green onion and ham in food processor. Whirl until medium- chopped. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, red pepper seasoning and allspice. Pulse with on-off motion just until combined.

2. Split pitas in half. Spread 1/4 cup ham salad on each half of pita. Roll up each pita into log and secure with wooden picks, or cut into 1 inch lengths, if you wish, placing wooden pick in each round. Be sure to remove picks before eating. Makes 6 roll-ups (3 servings).

NOTE: You can make your own honey mustard by blending together equal parts honey and prepared mustard.
