EGG-HAM SALAD ON ROLLS 
4-6 hard boiled eggs
Chopped onion
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Hormel chopped ham
Mayonnaise (enough to be able to spread on rolls)

Stir together. Add a little salt and pepper to season. Spread on rolls (small dinner size). Wrap in foil, separately. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. If frozen, bake 5 minutes longer. Great for company. Makes about 2 dozen.
