EGG SALAD SPREAD 
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
6 tbsp. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard

In a bowl, lightly mix ingredients just until blended. Yield: approximately 2 cups.
