SAUSAGE BALLS 
2 lb. hot or mild sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
16 oz. sage and onion dressing
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together with sausage; add onion and celery (if you can't fine sage and onion dressing get plain and add sage and onions). Mix well using hands to form balls the size of walnuts and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn when half done. Don't let them get too brown. These are good served warm in crock pot or in a barbecue sauce and they freeze well.
