SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread (crustless, buttered and cubed)
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1 lb. bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean regular)
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased casserole dish. Add partially cooked sausage; well drained. Sprinkle over bread. Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate until milk, egg mix is absorbed. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. 6 to 8 servings. Guest will come back for seconds.
