SPAGHETTI ALFREDO 
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops
1/4 lb. butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. heavy cream
3 tsp. parsley, fresh

Melt butter in skillet. When butter foams add seafood and garlic. Cook 2 minutes over medium heat. Start in cream, parsley and dash of pepper. Cook about 5-10 minutes or longer. Cream should thicken. Pour on 1 pound spaghetti.
