HONEY DIJON CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1/2 c. honey
bread crumbs
Parsley
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together honey and mustard. Coat chicken breasts with mixture. Roll in bread crumbs and place in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven. Brush melted butter on chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.
