HONEY CURRY CHICKEN 
8 pieces chicken
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt (eliminate for low salt diets)
1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp. curry powder

Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder; stir well. remove skin from chicken. Place in lightly greased baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Good with rice!
