STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburger
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. ground linguica
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
6-7 lg. green peppers

Boil peppers for 10 minutes. Set aside. Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Add linguica. Mix together with the rice and 1/2 can tomato soup. Mix 1 can of tomato soup with 1 can of water. Pour into bottom of casserole dish. Arrange peppers in dish and fill with hamburger mixture. Spread the rest of the tomato soup on top of the peppers. Bake, covered for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
