STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can tomato sauce or tomato soup

Cut peppers lengthwise. Scrape out seeds and pulp. Wash and drain. Cook rice and drain. Mix meat, rice, salt, onion, and black pepper. Stuff peppers. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce over peppers and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
