STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 lg. green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 can tomato soup
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. hamburger

Cut off a thin slice from end of pepper, remove seeds and clean. Cook in enough boiling water to cover for 5 minutes. Cook hamburger, onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese), heat thoroughly. Stuff each pepper, place in ungreased dish. Cover and cook in 350 oven 45 minutes, uncover and cook 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese. 6 servings.
