STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
4 bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. warm water

Cut tops from peppers and scoop out insides. Boil peppers about 10 minutes. Mix other ingredients together and fill peppers. Place in greased casserole and bake 30 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.
