HERBED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 sm. head Romaine, torn (4 c.)
2 c. chicken, cooked, cubed & chilled
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper
2 c. herb seasoned croutons
4 drops Worcestershire sauce

Combine Romaine, chicken and Parmesan cheese. Mix together oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour 1/2 dressing over croutons and toss. Add croutons and rest of dressing to salad. Serves 8.
